Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy can help you gain insight into how you’ve arrived at this point in your life, while also finding relief from the emotional distress that led you to seek support
Through early relationships, we begin to form beliefs about ourselves and ways of understanding and managing our emotions. We learn from parents, teachers, and peers—but some patterns are harder to see from within those same relationships. Even the people closest to us may not be able to help us recognize how we unknowingly repeat unhelpful dynamics or undermine healthy ones. Psychotherapy offers a dedicated space for reflection and self-observation, supporting greater insight, healing, and meaningful change.
Areas of Focus
Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Life Transitions, Complex Trauma, Family of Origin Dynamics, Relationship Challenges, Identity Development
