How long are sessions?
Sessions are typically 45 minutes. We may meet weekly or biweekly, depending on your goals. Coaching sessions can be more flexible in structure and frequency.

Do you offer therapy or coaching?
Both.
Therapy focuses on emotional wellbeing and mental health, while coaching is more future-oriented and goal-driven (e.g., leadership, transitions, decision-making).

In some cases, these approaches can be thoughtfully integrated to support both insight and action.

Should I use my insurance for therapy?
Using insurance requires a mental health diagnosis and participation in a medical model of care. Some clients choose to pay privately for greater flexibility and privacy.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed sessions are charged at the full session fee.

Is this confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is a priority.

Therapy is legally confidential, with standard exceptions (risk of harm, abuse, or court order).
