About Danielle
I am a licensed psychotherapist and executive coach based in Park Slope, Brooklyn — with a broader career spanning senior leadership in people, culture, workforce transformation, and education. I work with individuals, families, and professionals to support wellbeing, strengthen resilience, and navigate meaningful change with greater clarity and intention.
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, developmental, and trauma-informed frameworks, integrating CBT, attachment theory, family systems, and mindfulness to support both deep insight and practical, lasting change.
In my private practice, I have a particular specialty working with children, adolescents, and young adults — including those who identify as gifted, talented, or neurodivergent, and those navigating high-performance academic and creative environments. For adults, I work with professionals and executives facing transitions, burnout, identity shifts, and the pressures of demanding professional environments.
My coaching and consulting work sits at the intersection of human sustainability, workforce wellbeing, and organizational design — drawing on the same clinical depth and systems-level thinking that informs my practice.
I hold an Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling and an M.A. in career and organizational psychology from Columbia University. I completed post-graduate training at NYIPT and am licensed as an LMHC in New York State. Executive coaching credentials include Tavistock Institute training and EMCC accreditation (EIA, Practitioner level).
